  • Unavailability of Channels: If promised channels or services are not available for more than 48 hours and we are unable to rectify the problem.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your case and inform you of the outcome within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining days of the subscription. Your access to IPTV services will continue until the end of your current subscription period.
